Every ticket tells you the truth

The Night Agent never fakes a state. These are the only things it will ever tell you about a ticket:

• Total loading · PartyBox is loading the complete ticket total.

• Official checkout · PartyBox keeps this ticket in your route and opens its official checkout in order.

• Securing · PartyBox is completing an authorized ticket purchase.

• Ready · A provider-issued ticket was confirmed and is ready.

• Refunded · The refund state and timeline are available here.

How PartyBox handles checkout

The route stays in PartyBox while each ticket follows the checkout path the real seller supports:

• PartyBox checkout comes first · every ticket action enters your saved My Night before PartyBox presents the valid official checkout path.

• Official sellers keep selling their tickets · provider ticket payments, added payment fees, delivery and refund terms remain with that provider unless PartyBox explicitly shows an authorized PartyBox purchase.

• Native purchase is clearly marked · PartyBox only buys or delivers a ticket when the event has a genuinely supported, authorized PartyBox purchase path.

• We respect every seller's rules · no bypassing queues, CAPTCHAs, purchase limits or security, ever. Unsupported ticket paths stay unavailable inside PartyBox.

• No fake confirmation · opening or returning from an official checkout never marks a ticket purchased; it stays unverified until real confirmation arrives.

• The PartyBox fee is separate · CA$4.99 pays for the saved route and guided checkout sequence. It is not a ticket price or a hidden seller markup.

• Your tickets stay private · a shared plan never exposes tickets, QR codes, confirmation numbers or buyer details.

The exact terms you accept when you tap "Buy these for me":

   PartyBox charges one disclosed CA$4.99 coordination fee for each My Night checkout sequence.

2. 2

   The PartyBox fee is authorized before checkout and captured only when PartyBox presents a real official checkout in your saved sequence.

3. 3

   Official ticket providers collect their own ticket prices, fees and taxes and control ticket delivery and refund terms.

4. 4

   PartyBox purchases, delivers or refunds a ticket only when that event is explicitly shown with an authorized PartyBox purchase path.

5. 5

   Opening or returning from an official checkout does not prove purchase. The ticket remains unverified until confirmed by valid evidence.

   A shared My Night never exposes tickets, QR codes, confirmation numbers or buyer details.

   Checkout authorization applies only to the selected My Night and is not consent to marketing.
