By accessing or using PartyBox you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.

PartyBox is a nightlife discovery and routing platform for the general public. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. PartyBox does not set the age policy for any event it lists: individual events, venues and operators set their own age and admission rules, and those rules apply at the door regardless of what PartyBox shows.

Some features require an account. Your account information must be accurate, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, and you agree to tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

You are responsible for what you post, share or build on PartyBox, including plans and routes you create or remix. Content must not break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or be hateful, defamatory or harmful. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

Event listings are informational. The accuracy, safety and legality of an event are the responsibility of its organizer, not PartyBox. Details including dates, prices, lineups and admission can change without notice. By attending an event you found through PartyBox you accept the risks of attending it.

Where PartyBox links to a ticket seller, your purchase is with that seller under their terms. Where you pay PartyBox directly, payment is processed by Stripe and charged as described at checkout before you confirm.

How we collect, use and share personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

PartyBox is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, error free or secure. To the extent permitted by law, PartyBox is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

Businesses can pay to appear on PartyBox surfaces, including MyPlan routes. These terms apply to every paid placement.

Requesting a placement. Submitting a request through PartyBox does not create a booking and charges nothing. We confirm whether the slot you want is genuinely available, then send you the placement, the exact dates and the price before anything is booked. A placement is confirmed only once payment is completed and we have approved the creative.

Everything paid is labelled. Every paid unit is clearly marked as Sponsored wherever it appears.

Paying does not change what we recommend. Paid placement never influences organic search results, event ranking, cultural scoring or recommendations. A paid business is never presented as a verified event or as a stop on a route. Advertisers cannot buy their way into editorial or ranking outcomes, and we will not sell that.

Approval and creative. We review every placement before it appears and may decline or remove one that is misleading, unlawful, unsafe, or inconsistent with the platform. You confirm you own or are licensed to use everything you give us, and you allow us to display it for the contracted period. Prohibited categories include anything illegal, adult services, weapons, tobacco and vaping, regulated financial or health claims, and anything targeting minors.

Inventory can move. Nightlife inventory is live. Events are cancelled and plans change. If the exact placement you bought cannot be delivered we will offer an equivalent slot, a make good, or a refund of the undelivered portion. We will tell you which, and we will not substitute silently.

Cancellation. You may cancel before your placement goes live for a full refund. Once live, refunds cover the undelivered portion only.

Reporting, and what we do not promise. We report what we can actually measure: qualified impressions and taps on your placement. We do not promise attendance, sales, bookings, clicks, reach or any business outcome, and any figure we show you is measured, never estimated or invented.

We may update these terms. Material changes take effect when posted here, and continuing to use PartyBox means you accept them. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or behaves harmfully.
